Ember Counselling

Healing.Growth.Connection.

Therapy for those seeking a compassionate space to nurture your inner flame and begin a journey towards reflection and growth

You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or struggling to make sense of your experience.

Counselling can provide a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface and work towards meaningful change.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where we can explore your experiences at your own pace, with my approach tailored to your needs.

What counselling can help with?

Anxiety & overwhelm
Feeling constantly on edge, overthinking, worrying or struggling to switch off.

Low mood & self-esteem
Feeling disconnected, unmotivated, critical of yourself or unsure of your worth.

Trauma & difficult experiences
Making sense of experiences that continue to affect how you feel, think or relate to others.

Relationships & boundaries
Exploring relationship patterns, people-pleasing, boundaries, attachment and communication.

Life transitions
Navigating change, loss, identity, uncertainty or periods when life no longer feels familiar.

Our Counselling Approach

Hi, I am Caitlin Wright, and I am a qualified integrative counsellor who founded Ember Counselling who is based in Bristol, UK. I currently offer online only sessions, hoping to expand to in person in the future. I am a registered member of the NCPS. I aim to provide a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space for you to feel safe and supported to explore what brings you to therapy.

My approach is Integrative, which means that I draw from a range of therapeutic models, including Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, and Pluralistic therapy, to ensure that I offer you the best possible service that I can. Each session is tailored to suit you as an individual.

My counselling experience has meant I have supported clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction and low self-esteem among others.

No matter what brings you to therapy, I will offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore openly. My priority is that you feel the sessions meet your needs.

Please feel free to get in touch, where we can have a 15-minute free consultation call to see if we feel like we would be a good fit to work together and you can ask me questions you may have before starting. If you would like to, we can then arrange when our sessions could be.
